MSA Annual Parental Banquet!

Assalamualaikum!

We hope that your semester is going well so far inshAllah! The MSA annual Parental Banquet is coming up onSaturday, March 26, 2011. Our goal is to show our parents our appreciation for all they have done for us throughout the years. In order for us to put together this event, we’ll need a couple of things from you, the MSA student body. Please read the following things carefully as deadlines are also listed.
1) Parent’s Name and Addresses:
We would like to send out a formal invitation to your parents via mail. An RSVP card will be included with a pre-addressed envelope to be sent back. Please email Sr. Hinna Shaikh at shaikhhs@vcu.edu with their name and home address no later than FEBRUARY 18, 2011.
2) Graduates of Spring 2011:
If you are planning on graduating in the spring of 2011 or summer of 2011, please give us your name, major and/or minors. We’d like to acknowledge you. After all, graduating is a huge accomplishment, and we’d like you to share this joyous occasion with everyone, inshAllah. Please email Sr. Hinna Shaikh atshaikhhs@vcu.edu no later than FEBRUARY 20, 2011.
3) Volunteers:
Of course no event can be 100% successful without the help of the volunteers! There are a variety of tasks we will need you to commit to. If you are interested in being a volunteer and lending a hand for the night, please email Br. Aamar Samad at samada@vcu.edu no later than FEBRUARY 25, 2011.

InshAllah we look forward to hearing from you and seeing you on March 26th!

Jazakallahu Khairan
